Overview

If you have lost or forgotten your password you can get a new password by having it sent to the e-mail address we have on file.

To get a new password follow these instructions:

1. Simply attempt to enter your control panel by entering your domain name followed by "/cp" or click on the link below.

2. Whey you get the prompt for a login simply click "Cancel"

3. You will see a new screen that also asks for a login and password.  Right below that prompt is a place where you can request a new password.

4. Enter your login into the blank (This is usually the first 8 characters of your domain name.)

5. Click on the button labeled "Clicking here"

6. A temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file.

7. Once you receive the temporary password, be sure to change the permanent password. Instructions to change your password can be found here.
